Early Childhood Leadership Summit June, 2017, Singapore

Language is central to globalization, and an essential skill that helps foster interchange of world views, ideas, and an appreciation of different cultures. When early childhood professionals have children in their programs who speak two or more languages, meeting all of their needs can be overwhelming.
Join us as we learn research-based strategies for planning the classroom to enhance teaching and learning for diverse groups. Discuss and demonstrate ideas for culturally and linguistically relevant displays, play and learning materials, and classroom arrangement.
